Service Description
Kick off a summer of learning with our "Crack The Code: Early Reading & Writing" tailored for early readers who have yet to master fluent CVC word reading and writing. In this comprehensive 5-week program, with classes held 3-4x week, each lasting 35-45 minutes. What’s Included: Diagnostic Assessments & Personalized Reports: Your child will start and end the summer with detailed diagnostic assessments to identify strengths and areas for growth. These evaluations help us tailor the learning experience to your child’s specific needs. 18 LIVE Interactive Sessions: Throughout the summer, your child will engage in fun and educational activities designed to strengthen foundational literacy skills such as phonemic awareness, letter name and sound identification, letter writing, and decoding and spelling. Small Group Learning Environment: With 5 or less students per class, your child will enjoy a lively, interactive setting that encourages participation and learning with peers. Access to an Exclusive Online Portal: Enhance your child’s learning experience with a virtual classroom. Here, they’ll find exciting games that reinforce the skills we teach in class and a selection of decodable texts to practice reading at their own pace. This opportunity allows students to reinforce and extend their learning in between teacher led sessions. Office Hours: We offer bi-weekly office hours where parents can “ask a reading specialist” any questions and seek advice on supporting their child’s reading journey. Additionally, students who require extra one-on-one support will be invited to these sessions for personalized attention. Cancellation Policy
No-shows and cancellations will not result in a refund and rescheduling and make-up sessions are not honored in a small group setting. Fees are based upon the Student’s undertaking to attend all lessons as stipulated in the schedule above and no discount or refunds shall be given in respect of lessons not attended by the Student. It will take time to reach your child’s goals. Therefore, your commitment and the commitment of your child are essential to their success. We highly recommend consistent attendance. Irregular attendance may be detrimental to your student’s academic growth and prevent the attainment of desired educational goals.
