Homeschool Hybrid Teacher's Aide

Location: New Bloomfield, PA

Starting Date: ASAP

Hours: Mondays and Wednesdays, 9 AM - 2 PM

Compensation: ($10-$15/hour) 

Qualifications: Experience working with elementary-aged students

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with early literacy and math instruction 

Proficiency with technology and basic computer literacy

Responsibilities: Assist with classroom management and instruction

Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students

Collaborate with lead teacher to enhance learning experiences

Ideal Candidate Will: Have a passion for working with children

Be organized and detail-oriented

Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Elementary Structured Literacy Tutor

Location: New Bloomfield, PA OR Virtual

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: Flexible, Create your schedule 

Compensation: ($35-$50/hour) 

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, Reading Specialist, or Special Education  

Experience and training in delivering structured literacy instruction

Proficiency with technology and basic computer literacy

Responsibilities: Provide structured literacy instruction to students in grades PK-5

Develop and implement personalized learning plans

Ideal Candidate Will: Have experience working with diverse learners

Have a strong background in research-proven and data-driven literacy instruction 

Have experience adapting lessons to meet individual student needs

For remote job positions, we prefer candidates who have experience teaching online

Elementary CRA Math Tutor 

Location: New Bloomfield, PA OR Virtual

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: Flexible, Create your own schedule 

Compensation: ($35-$50/hour) 

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or Special Education  

Experience and training in the CRA (Concrete-Representational-Abstract) math sequence

Responsibilities: Provide CRA math instruction to students in grades K-5

Develop and implement personalized learning plans

Proficiency with technology and basic computer literacy 

Ideal Candidate Will: Have a passion for making math fun and accessible

Be creative and innovative in lesson planning

Have experience working with diverse learners

Have a strong background in research-proven and data-driven math instruction

Location: New Bloomfield, PA

Compensation: ($35-$50/hour) 

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Experience and training in delivering structured literacy instruction

Experience and training in the CRA (Concrete-Representational-Abstract) math sequence

Responsibilities: Teach literacy and mathematics classes to elementary students in grades K-5

Develop and deliver engaging curriculum aligned with academic standards

Assess student learning and adjust instruction as needed

Ideal Candidate Will: Have a passion for making learning fun and accessible

Be creative and innovative in lesson planning

Have experience working with diverse learners

Have a strong background in research-proven and data-driven instruction 

Be flexible and adaptable to different teaching environments
